The Gunfighter is a 1950 American western film directed by Henry King. It stars Gregory Peck as a notorious gunfighter trying to escape his reputation long enough to track down his true love.

- 7:49 a.m. A clock on the wall shows the time. Mac (Karl Malden) tells Jimmy Ringo (Gregory Peck) he'll be around at the bar all day, and Ringo leaves.
- 9:56 a.m. Marshal Mark Strett (Millard Mitchell) looks at the clock and says the time is approaching. Ringo says he wants to give Molly time, and Strett looks back up at the clock.
- 1:40 p.m. Ringo paces in a bedroom and checks out the window.
- 3:56 p.m. Ringo looks up at the clock, and Molly (Jean Parker) asks him if he's in a hurry. Molly goes to get someone, and Ringo looks up at the clock again.
