Fatal Attraction is a 1987 American thriller film directed by Adrian Lyne. It tells the story of a married lawyer how has a one-night stand with a woman who refuses to insists on continuing the relationship.

- 2:13 a.m. Beth (Ann Archer) and Dan Gallagher (Michael Douglas) are asleep. A phone next to Dan's digital alarm clock rings, and he reaches to pick it up.
- 7:25 a.m. Dan comes home and walks by a wall clock. He listens to a message on his answering machine.
- 7:15 p.m. While in his car, Dan pulls a cassette out of an envelope as Alex Forrest (Glenn Close) watches him from her car. He puts the cassette into a player on the car dashboard, which has a digital clock on it.
- 10:06 p.m. Beth cleans up at home and tells her daughter Ellen (Ellen Hamilton Latzen) that they don't want to be late. Ellen watches You Can't Do That on Television, and Dan listens to his headphones. He covers Ellen's eyes, showing his wristwatch.
