City Hall is a 1996 American drama film directed by Harold Becker. It tells the story of a deputy mayor investigating the shooting of a boy and the political fallout that ensues.

- 1:15 p.m. While driving, Frank Anselmo (Danny Aiello) puts away the phone. He plays a cassette of Carousel on the car radio, where a digital clock on the dashboard displays the time.
- 10:20 p.m. A man gestures to his wristwatch, and Calhoun turns on a television. He and John Pappas (Al Pacino) watch a news report about a child who was shot. Calhoun remarks that the 10:00 news is all over it, and Pappas remarks that they're a little slow.
